seriously, I live in mountains of northern California, and whenever I get away from computer, I'm out digging gold - which there's plenty of if you know where / how to look.
Get youself a backhoe and start digging up tundra while it's cold - when the summer thaw comes, you'll have a nice pile of muck to process, and in the fall you can go "geez, I'm glad I listened to that XBiz guy..."
