There is this stuff called dad's ez spray a person could buy it at a hareware store. It will strip his paint in seconds. It comes with a spray bottle so it pretty easy to do a spray by(just dont get it on your car). Take off a few lug nuts. Or break in get a mayo jar fill it with gas take off one of his spark plugs and stick the plug with the wire in the jar and then close his hood and walk away. Need lots of time for that one.Comment

Best and lowest risk to yourself is to "circumsize" it. Simply get a key and do a lap around the car leaving a circle around it scratched into and across all the panels. You can do it in 30 seconds and he will need to respray whole car to fix. Because it is continuous circle he cant pass it off as an accident. BUT make sure you then throw away the key or screwdriver or whatever it was you used.
