    Incorporation Options ? What state? online?

    Looking to incorporate but I'd like to do it all online if there is anyone trustworthy out there.

    What's the best state to create it under ?
    SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

                  Is there any advice as to why one state is better than another.?


                  Florida has the cheapest license fees I've seen but what about the long run. Which one will I pay more for in taxes?
