For all other days, the payout is guaranteed $2 and up to $5 based on conversions.

I.E. I have 10 qualifieds from earlier this week, with 1 join.

So I'm at 1:10 right now...

The signups for the entire pay period are used to calculate your payout for overall bonuses. So it would be based on overall conversion ratio from start date to end date, including today's stats.

Today's qualified guest joins (as well as any other Friday's this month and next month) will be credited at $5 each regardless of conversions. Make sense?
