Nothing whatsoever.
My reference to RAD was to remind us that our sponsors are hauling their butts to keep up with the Jones' and mistakes happen along the way such as in the gallery building code.

I wouldn't send them free traffic either. As long as the FHG I'm pointing to has my affiliate codes, there's no problem.
I'm not sure why you have to edit galleries by hand. There is just a single link for each site generates all your gallery links. One change per site affects/fixes all the galleries for that site - no need to go through each gallery.
In any case, hopefully all this will be moot shortly.
