That said it may be ok for you to look cynic, but this "dreamhouse plans" also look gay. Do you already have a poodle to go with that cream puff?
I´ll never understand how some people spend their life earning more and more money only to drop it off afterwards without a single thought.
But as you can still afford to send some less fortunate guys to the front to fight for your right to partyyy - just party on.
Eventually you´ll grow up and do something sensible with your money + time.
Just my 2 cents.
