He's a lawyer, who knows, he does that type of shit all the time, I hate going anyplace with him, he said legally they cant ask
I have never been asked anywhere but walmart, my kids use my cards all the time, they dont have an id that matches the name on the card
He told me the reason they cant ask and it made sense at the time but I cant remember
