how hours do you sleep and work?

I like to stick to regular business hours, ... then multiply them by a factor of two :-) so pretty much 9am to 1am =)

i usually sleep for about 9 hours a day and i go to college for about 6 hours a day
i work on some sites for about 12 hurs a day then i watch tv and use the internet for about 4 hours a day

8:30am until 11:30pm

If I'm not on the road I wake up around 10:30am or so, then exercise and check GFY during the rests, then I start on sites and service at about 12p- work until about 5am. That is the time I feel like I am going to pass out usually(that's what determines when I stop).

I keep the tv on mute in the background but I can't tell you the last time I actually watched anything! The radio is on full blast for most of the time though. Then do it again!

If I'm on the road it's basically the same thing in the hotel (ethernet connections in most decent ones) with some partying thrown in from 12-5 Work is done from coffeeshops that allow you to plug in (which seem to be getting fewer everyday!)

I stayed up 36 hours last week and another day 31 hours.. Your immune sys drops and you get sick.. Was stupid of me to stay up that much..Have to rest that body.. It's the mind that keeps you awake..

sleeping from 0500 till 1100, not much although sleeping more than 8 hours a day is bad for a human you will also survive if you sleep only 4 hours a day, just because you got used to sleep for 8 hours a day you feel yourself depressive and sleepy when you do only 4

its just like a drug you get used to it
