Right now I live in a trailer on a lot about 10 minutes from campus. The plumbing is shitty but other than that all is well. It's spacious and two bedrooms. My rent is $237.50, utilities average about $100 a month. Covered parking, washer and drier, awesome backyard with party capabilities.

Rent will be $304.99, $40 fixed for elec and water, washer and drier, private bathroom, fridge and microwave in each room, study room in each apartment. cons: gotta have 3 roommates, smaller rooms, not as private, probably won't be able to smoke weed
