I still don't get the lawsuit thing over domain names. I understand there are companies with copyrights but if someone else has the domain and wants to sell it to that company, or anybody else for that matter, isn't that just capitolism at work. Maybe it's just me, I don't know.

I think he was more referring to what could *potentially* be done with that type of domain. Essentially someone could start up a blog/rant/forum about sponsors they accuse of being shady (shaving, etc). Not to say I'm one to advocate this at all. As I stated above I just got the domain name out of pure self-amusement and possibly selling it to someone who found value in it.

Okay, I've just heard lawsuit a couple times in regards to domains and I just didn't know if a company or person could sue someone who had a domain with that company's or person's name in it. I don't know, just a bit confused and tired I guess...
