I will format this weekend. I almost felt like paying for one of the 'remove this spyware' ads that kept popping up so at least whoevers sending these are making money.

that's nothing compared to what i went through...
-crashed my .ddl files
-stole all my passwords and logins, changed them, and sent it out everywhere
-to remove the shit, the shit required you to be online... guess what it did then... crashed my internet, browser, everything
i had to nuke the whole thing and start over.. set me back a few weeks
