Well Alex.
I try to help you.
Check any of our toplists and you see that all have traffic (in/out is not like 0). Check your toplists and see that only first 9 position have traffic. When webmaster come to your toplist, he doesn't see so many traffic on your toplist. I recomended to you send more traffic on main page, that all people may see that you have traffic and possible trade with you.
I already think to create special article about : "How to create own Toplist?"Comment
