The first guy was stupid for being passive aggressive by trying to block the other man's view by standing up. He was also stupid for not moving and keeping his back to the guy who he was trying to piss off even further.
The second guy was wrong simply for not moving and instead kicking the first guy.
Conclusion: A meeting of two stupid men for our viewing pleasure.
