    iBill Rebills - Have your been run?

    I have 7 master accounts with these guys and they've yet to run any of our rebills yet. Nor have they run rebills for anyone I've spoken with. Has anyone here had their old rebills run yet?

    Im speaking of ibill US not EU.

          Yes they have been running my US rebills. they did for about 2 weeks, then last week it stopped , yesterday they ran more.

          I guess that they are running them in chunks in batches, as they have so many to do .

              MY rep told me that they have to take there time running all the back re-bills or system will overload...it can only handle like 1000 re-bills every 5 minutes....at 40$ per

                  thats the same answer i've been getting for atleast a week now. And if the rebills aren't run before the 15th they wont be included in the Dec1 payouts.

                          Yeah lets hope is just a CMI posting issue and the re-bills are going through...not likley but got to have hope!

                              They run them as they need money for payroll and the beemer ...

                                              Seems like a song and a dance to me. They just keep stringing us along promising to make things right, Then the deadlines approach and they ask for more time.

                                              Does anyone know a cutoff date of when they expect to have all these rebills run by?

                                              When they said expect normal payments to resume December 1st, i guess it was foolish to think they would include rebills. They just want new sales money.
