50k-100k in software development.
500k in marketing.
100k for a decent brandable domain name.
A million to put up and have there just in case...for payouts. Though your ratios and percentages should take care of this....all Casinos eventually turn a profit.

i think ur numbers are for a big investment.
i am sure there are some that have started less.. might not be partypoker stats but makes decent.if you need more than 3 clicks to get to a join page, something is wrong ;)
