    2004 Public Nudity Content/ Spring Break Content

    I got some great public content , lots of nudity if anyone needs it. The content DVD's are 4.7GB full of content clips with complete license to do anything with the content except resell. License to resell is negotiable. Also I am filming 2004 content... if interested more details are below.

    This is all ORIGINAL content I filmed and shot it all myself... Also I am going to Black Spring Break in Daytona on the 14th of April and Regular white spring break the week before...       How do you get model releases and copies of ID when you are shooting that kind of stuff?

                  You have better hope none of the girls are under 18 or that they don't one day see themselves on your website and sue. The girls gone wild guys got sued by several chicks. The chicks could do nothing about the pics and movies because they were naked in public but the sued saying that their likeness was unlawfully used as a marketing tool and won their cases.

                                      WRONG WRONG WRONG... content shot outdoors in public still needs releases and IDs. Beaches are property of the state therefore technically not public. You can be on a seidewalk and still be on private proprty. Be careful

                                                  Thats untrue... Girls Gone Wild.. has been sued over 50 times and NEVER has lost a case... a few they settled out of court.

                                                          Yeah, its definetly a fun time, and a great opportunity to get some great footage.... (Thats if you work well with the ladies :-) !! ).. Just watch out for the cops, and the hotel rates... they will both try to make as much $$$ of you as possible.. the cops will stop you for anything and they are everywhere!!

                                                                  and Yes you are right you can be on a sidewalk and it be private property.. cuz all sidewalks arnt on state owned land.. some private propertys have sidewalks :-)!

                                                                          I don't want to get into an argument over it but there was a case in florida where a girl was in girls gone wild, they put the video of her in the commercial. She sued saying that she never gave them permission to use her image for marketing purposes and she won. I don't recall how much she won but it was a pretty nice chunk. Last I read ( this was a while back ) GGW was appealing the ruling. Maybe they settled with her then but I remeber seeing her on the news talking about the win.

                                                                          most try and fail because they are in public, nude so they have no claim to privacy. Even the ones in the videos have no ground to stand on but the ones used for marketing, commercials, DVD covers ect is another story. I saw a show about GGW a little bit ago and now they tell the girls who they are and what they are doing and ask them, on camera, if they can use the footage.

                                                                          anyway, I don't want to start drama. just wanting to let you know it only takes on lawsuit to ruin your day.

NO ONE has ever won a case against him... He settled 2-5 cases out of court.. but he has never lost.. it is COMPLETELY legal to film on the beach.. if it wasnt.. then it would be illegal to break out your camera and film your family having a picnic on the beach.. It would be ridiculous if the laws didnt make it legal.. you are just filming public events... it just so happens girls are flashing tits and pussy..
