I, for one, am glad he's dead.
The Palistinians have had a horrible life since he took control. Today, they're at a "fork in the road." They can either continue they way they've been going and continue to enjoy a life of hell, OR, they can begin to come together as a people and a nation, consider peace with their neighbors and enjoy a full and productive life.
It's their choice and it'll be interesting to see what they choose.
