    Does anyone else get ass hole cramps?

    I know I am leaving myself open for the jokes but man my knees just buckle and I hit the pavement the pain is so much! WTF?

    It's not like there is any warning or anything. Just 'POW'

          No dude...it's no different than a leg cramp but the pain is obviously more painful and embarrasing than any other cramp.

              is this a once time occurence or does it happen more than just this time?

              it sounds like it could be possible colon cancer or something like that... i'd go get checked, especially if you're over 30...

                  Ever since as a kid I had it. But in my 20's it never surfaced. I forgot about it until recently I have been getting them more often. You are right...I will have it checked out.

                      A couple of female friends of mine have that occasionally after orgasm. One of them went to a doctor and he told her some people have that occasionally, often people with a family history of Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome and colitis (which incidentally can lead to a higher incidence of colon cancer), but it can also be caused by certain sexually transmitted diseases, so you might want to get checked out. He couldn't find anything wrong with her, though, so it's probably nothing to worry about.
