    Peterson juror dismissed

    A juror was dismissed from the Peterson double-murder trial Tuesday, and replaced by an alternate, meaning the jury, which began deliberations last Wednesday, will have to start over. The court did not say why Juror No. 7 -- an Asian woman in her 40s -- was dismissed.

          She was investigating evidence herself while she is only suppose to use what is presented to her in court

                              No but the media is responsible for turning due process into a fucking circus act.

                              We really don't need to have every shred of evidence analyzed on national TV. That makes it impossible for the trial to work like it's suppose to

                              Besides there are far more important things they should be reporting

                                  The media can report the verdict.

                                  They don't need to be analyzing evidence before it's even presented in court.
