Jehova's Witnesses consider themselves the only real christians, just like any other christian group. That means nothing else to outsiders than that there are different groups with different views on what the truth is.
The fact that you think only your group represents "true Islam" is laughable to any well-thinking individual because it is exactly what they all say. Millions of people who have studied what they consider "true Islam" all their lives have very different opinions on what "true Islam" is, why should a single one of those opinions get the exclusive right to use the word?
And even more importantly... it doesn't even matter if you are right or not, since the only difference it would make would be that we would have to use "the majority of those who consider themselves muslims" instead of "the majority of muslims", and "true muslims" instead of "extremist muslims". You're wrong again, which isn't surprising this time.
"Islam" means "submission (to the will of god)". Therefore, a Muslim is someone who submits themselves to god's will. Therefore, by studying the Qu'ran (god's words) and the Hadiths (the biography of Muhammad acting according to god's words) anyone who is able to can work out what a Muslim actually is.
So, a Muslim is someone who does their best to live according to god's will and to the example set by the prophet.
A Muslim is not someone who picks and chooses which parts they follow nor is a Muslim someone who makes up new parts of the religion which are not in line with god's word or the example set by the prophet.
Therefore Shia, Qadiani, Sufis and Submitters are not Muslims because they make bits up to suit themselves. The guy who calls himself a Muslim because he sometimes goes to the mosque but he also fucks whores and drinks beer is not a Muslim.
For further info go read the Qu'ran and Hadiths. Then, if you're able, you'll understand.
