A couple of female friends of mine have that occasionally after orgasm. One of them went to a doctor and he told her some people have that occasionally, often people with a family history of Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome and colitis (which incidentally can lead to a higher incidence of colon cancer), but it can also be caused by certain sexually transmitted diseases, so you might want to get checked out. He couldn't find anything wrong with her, though, so it's probably nothing to worry about.
