Okay here I go - a fetish if for an inanimate object or a body part that is not usually considered sexual. So, you could have a BBW fan with a fetish for big bellies but someone with the same level of interest in boobs or ass would not have a fetish (there are other terms for it but I won't bore). Technically bondage isn't a fetish unless the attraction is to the ropes themselves.
However, if you want to just throw out the meaning of fetish - in order for someone who was into BBWs to be at 'fetish' levels of attraction with BBWs they would be at the point where they NEED a big woman to get turned on. There are pleanty of those guys but there are are also many that find BBWs and other body types attractive.
On a industry level anyway - cluster it in with fetish and you will not filter your traffic properly.Comment
