it's already being taken care of, his sql errors do not = downtime so yes, we understand what 100% uptime means, since the sites are *STILL* up

should anyone for some odd reason not be able to get in touch with support, just message me or email me and I will personally take care of it for you, even though i'm sales and not support, i still get things done.

Im messaging you since 2 hours but i can't get my problem solved! My sites are down due to a DNS misconfig (which can be fixed in less than 5 minutes) but no one is helping me there. In the meantime, my sites are down and im losing money.

You know what's funny? I started to move domains to OXEO due to the DirectNic downtime yesterday (i hosted some things with them) and OXEO forget to configure DNS for those domains, so all of them are unreachable now! Fucking ironic...

mysql = down, that means almost NO scripts are working which is in fact almost as bad as a downtime.
if you are trying to say that 100% uptime means, the site is reachable but no scripts are working, then FUCK YOU.

A LOT OF THEM DONT MATCH UP, but oxeo does.

I already explained the issue that the DNS had not resolved yet. I explained this to you, several times yet you did not listen to what I said. Our tech person ALSO emailed you twice yesterday regarding this issue explaining the same thing, yet you insisted that it was an issue on our end. Which it was not. Your domains load fine and have been doing so since yesterday.

Again, there was no issue on our end, simple matter of DNS not having resolved yet or your ISP is pulling cached pages.
