I don't recall that the two have ever been put together though. It was done pretty really well and I'm glad they did it. I just wish they would have left it at the one movie though. That phone call ending was a great way to leave us hanging, yet give us just enough closure so that we don't go nuts.

this is true, plot has been done. But none of those movies really involved the human interaction WITHIN the computer mainframe, jumping in and out of different worlds so to speak, like the matrix did, did they?
