and model releases do not help to fight any suspensions
of your Verotel account.

It's about time. We use Verotel for some websites and as a whole their service is good as far as scrubbing and payment options goes. If this means that they won't be closing up shop anytime soon, then good.
On another note, I find it amusing when people call Verotel sick fucks for proccessing underage clother model sites, and these are the same people using CCbill, a company that was the world leader in the underage clothed model market. Please, do you (or any other person here) have contact on somebody in Verotel? Our account was suspended last evening (probably because of short server downtime, our models are 20-40 years old) but they closed their live chat support, they don't approve posts on their message boards, they don't answer any email to any address and phone number i had on file is not working (but maybe is wrong i had never phone them before). Perhaps it is to avoid discussion with webmasters of terminated underage models accounts or maybe there are holidays in Netherland now or maybe they are just busy last 20 hours but damned, it starts to be little scary... okay hippie master masta flash, bump the thread, there's a lotta reasons that people started using verotel , including JuicyBucks.
For one, until recently they weren't subject to the ISPS regs.
Next, not everyone thinks the whole world stops and starts in the USA ( not that a I have a problem with americans)
Also, some people like to spread their members since it seems that american billing companies seem to go broke as quick as michael jackson can get a few face lift.... ( I also have american billing and switch between billers)

Yes, but we try to contact them any possible way already from Thursday night. They did not answer whole friday. Of course, it is possible that after suspending many 18- model sites they are not reading emails to avoid correspondence with their owners or maybe they needed suspend these sites too fast and they suspended few ones by mistake.Comment

Just have to speak out on this. I have watched and read for months as many of you here cheer, n applaud as billing companies get closed down, and the usuall rants n raves of "should have gone with this biller or that biller" come rolling in.
I am in NO way defencing child pron. Verotels move should have been made a long long time ago we all know that. However as the noose tightens and less and less billing companies are out their then it puts ALL adult webmasters at the mercy of the very few, percentages will rise, becuase where else will you go, more regulations will come, making it harder for legit webmasters to make decent bucks. Dont you guys see that it is only a matter of time before their will no 3rd party credit card processing left!
How much time, who knows, but i doubt we are talking more than 2 years. Why on earth anyone would wanna see Verotel go down is beyond me, it dont make sense, it just makes for a tighter and more monopolised American based market, where the webmaster will have to go with whatever the biller requires and asks, cause where else is would they go.
A good example of this was when Probilling stopped processing credit cards, probilling was at that time a very good alternate for EU webmasters. No less than 48 hours later a well know US Based 3rd party processor upped their EU rates by 1.8 percent. Just like that ... why cause they can and they knew alot of webmasters would be wanting real quick solutions to find another processor and would probably pay what ever percentage was asked just to keep in biz.
Cover your ass in the same way we have done, offer multiple Billing options, get a merchant account, and try cut loose as much as you can from the grip of Visa/Mcard. Becuase when they are ready they will cut you dead in a second!
