Apparently it's a 260k site and they can send quite a lot of traffic
http://www.stimtrade.com/trade.html Looks like he got around 500k per day if you look at his ICQ # and the sites he got so I don't think there's anything fishy going on there.
I got a site around 180k-200k and those who submit to that site might not get many hits back if they use lousy content. On the other hand people might end up with 15k per day if they show up with really good content.
