I don't think he's guilty because he's a bastard... I think he's guilty because he's a psychopath. No physical evidence? Of course not. According to the statement made by his ex-college friend or roommate, whatever, he's been carefully calculating this for years. Almost the perfect murder, but his own arrogance is what incriminated him.

Regardless of him being a scum bag, ANYONE who cares about the well being of their family members, puts aside any and all extra marital affairs and other crap they may do, to focus on finding them, safely. Someone who does not care, like he did not, fits the profile of a murderer.

Innocent people do not put their home up for sale when their spouse is still considered a missing person. (If she were alive, where would she go home to?) He knew she was not alive. How would he know that? He killed her. And then head for the border, disguised with $15,000 cash, 10 credit cards in other people's names, a Viagra supply, golf clubs and a car full of living supplies? What was he running from? First they cooperate with the police to find out where their spouse is. They don't spend hours on the phone with their mistresses, feeding her all kinds of lies. If he didn't care about finding her, chances are he didn't care about her being alive in the first place. He didn't even try to dramatize the situation. He didn't hide his apathy for a second.

He is guilty but he may walk on this because idiots don't die, they multiply. And the worst part is, when he's free he will still be appealing to MANY women world wide. Sick sick sick
