I have a guy that has requested an affiliate account that is from Russia and wants hire affiliate commissions wired to an Estonian Bank. Are Russian affilates legit or would I be best served to stay away from this one?

Hate to automatically put somebody into a catagory but if he's from russia you'll more than likely get fucked somehow. Just keep a close eye on his account. It sucks that so many of them fuck it up for the legit ones

sometimes i got screwed, from canadians, germans, portugeses (right now)
not a natioanality makes un-honest peoples, all countrys have good and bad peoples. if you don't trust him send him an check first and figure out if he screws your or doesn't.Comment

Ask a lot, like which sites he owns, traffic proofs, other sponsors he's using who can vouche for him etc. etc.
High sign ups without a good traffic proof means mostly carders at work which results in chargeback-o-rama for you next month.
