    Holy shit, what a work out.


    Getting yelled at / encouraged by some dude with 20 inch arms really helps. I think my heartrate was pinned at like 170 bpm the entire time. My arms are like jello!

            Yeah, high reps low weight. Really only because I have a torn shoulder. Fell 10 feet and landed square on the right shoulder. For the last month and a half I can barely curl 10 lbs!

              yeah generally that's how you would've started out anyhow. for awhile it's all about building a solid foundation (high frequency) - then you transition to low frequency (less workouts, sets, reps, exercises) and high intensity (heavier weight).
