Visa and March...
I remember awhile back a few people (on the board) claiming to have the inside scoop at Visa had on March XX , 2004 there would be some major changes and regulations -- anyone know about this?
We are planning to write another cool ilttle application for webmasters, but if Visa drops another bomb on the industry and shakes out 50%+ of the players again - then maybe we'll work on something else instead
