Reboot the server? I run all my sites on a dedicated server with webair...none of the techs are avail on ICQ and I sent an email to support at webair and ccbill

Never had this problem before ....

we're on webair, also have ccbill. everything is loading ok and getting ccbill signups here.

but, we don't use affiliates.
