He is surely guilty.
anyone following the trial can see that.
He has multiple gun offenses, and this is the final draw.
He got drunk, and opped open a crack barrel shotgun, made sure there was no shells in the chamber, then like Val Kilmer in Tombstone, slubng the shotgun up closing the crack barrel, and bam, homie got a shot to the chest.
He dies minutes later watching a bunch of fucking drunk atheletes try and cover up the event.
Imagine laying on the floor dying, and watching people put your figner prints on the gun.
Fuck Jayson Williams.

Yeah, he's guilty and it's a shame. If he would have just fessed up to begin with and sincerely apologized, none of this probably ever would have happened. He could have paid off the family in a major way and made things right with them, probably have gotten them on his side, and ended up with probation. He'll go to jail now for his stupidity.
