Hi, i`ve seen some dialer sponsors with prices in Italia for connections "T3,T4,T5", what are theses connections?

I really don`t undestand why they have different prices

Well...speed the same. Different only how much charge carrier end users per minute.

tier 3 tier 4 tier 5 - isnt this determined by how far from the internet backbone you are?

This has nothing to do with speed, in terms of a dialer what it normally means is solution method. For some countries we offer multiple solutions, i.e. tiers, if the first tier doesn't connect for the surfer it gets bounced to the second and so on until a connection is made, the different tiers are the different pay rates that each tier is paid at, i.e. one solution in the UK may be worth $1.41 a minute the next $1.20 a minute and so on.

The T´s are usually used for the standard Telecom Rates. Dialer
providers used to have to choose on of the T´s to determine
            the Rates for the Enduser.

For example in Germany it´s this:

            T1 0,41 ?/Min.
            T2 0,62 ?/Min.
            T3 1,24 ?/Min.
            T4 1,86 ?/Min.

I never heard of it in use with speed or tiers.

              I agree with JOP.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
