Sounds like to me you need hired help. Someone to take the calls, and other photographers to do some shoots. You can only do but so much and when your business grows you need to hire people so you can focus on specific areas of your expertise.
As far as the paysite issue goes, its extremely easy for paysites to lose forward momentum, they're tough things to develop... maybe you need to change your perspective on your goals. For example, you should make the goal to put "a" paysite up, (not necessarily the most perfect, unique or flawless one) and once SOMETHING is up and running, tweak it and mold it until it is what you need it to be. It might not be the most efficient approach but it keeps you moving foward instead of being stagnant due to lack of creativity.
