My opinion, it would not be a long fight either way. Tyson could not take a punch well, seeing he didn't take many, so if Ali won, it would be before 5 rounds.
On the other hand, Tyson would likely knock Ali out before round 3. I don't care how much Ali can dodge punches, Tyson's punch array was devestating and at some points, unfair to the competition.
I have said it before, Tyson changed the way our generation watched boxing. Now, if a fight goes past 5 rounds, I am bored.

actually Tyson takes a punch very well, he's got a great chin and showed it against Lewis. It wouldn't be enough to save him against Ali though.
