If you burn off what you eat, it won't be a problem. You're probably not an ultra-athlete, but the analogy still holds.

Not sure about my cholesterol but I have gained about 10 pounds in the last 6 months. And I eat a lot. I just LOVE food. But I did have a great day on the race track racing my motorcycle, so I got a good workout today. But here I am back on my chair.
