    I need a 2257 document form please.

    I finally found my local talent and I need this document for her to fil out. Other than that I all I need is a drivers license scan right? Thats all I could find for US laws and I couldn't find any local laws.

    Should I post some pics tomorrow so you can tell me what she's worth ? I can do that when the document is signed right?

          Do you have a lawyer?

                                          2 forms of ID...one with a pic...and one HAS to be govt. issued...either state or fed (ie passport, military id, driver's license, or state issued ID card)...i like the 2nd ID to be a soc card...then I have their # when I 1099 'em

                                                          The laws concerning what you want to do vary from state to state and even from county to county. A form downloaded off the internet is not sufficient for 2257 compliance.

                                                          What you want to do is akin to opening a bar without any knowledge of the laws concerning bars. It's stupid. You don't even know what 2257 says, yet you believe a form downloaded of the internet will cover your ass. IT WON'T.

                                                          We're not talking a little slap on the wrist here. We're talking potential big trouble not only for you, but for anyone you rsell the content to.

                                                          You need to spend money to make money. This isn't a game. It's a business. If you're not willing to spend money, get back to flipping burgers.

                                                                  Any suggestion as to which lawyer to call out of the phone book. I doubt any specialize in porn in Indiana. But nothing is worth prison so I am taking your advice.
