If it were easy enough to just buy traffic and send it to a sponsor and make a killing, one of two things would be true

1) There would be no such thing as traffic sellers since they could just send their own traffic to sponsors and make money.

2) We'd all be buying traffic and sending it right to a sponsor.

Fortunately there's a LOT more to it than just sending purchased traffic to s sponsor.
