Odd Situation With A Girl....

Me and this girl have been friends for a long time, i always had feelings for her, i treat her well and with very much respect. we have grown closer over time and she has asked about my ways of income on the net. I never told her the total truth, i always try to change the subject when she brings it up. I have alot of respect for her and dont want her to think that just because i am an adult webmaster i am just after her ass or that i am overly perverted. She is only a friend as of now, but she seems to really wanna know what i do for a living. I also said "internet sales" or even resorted to saying i promote mortgage leads, which wasnt a total lie, its a very very side project. anyways, what do you guys think the best way of telling her is without scaring her off. Of corse her dad wants to know also which really makes it worst. i dont want him telling her she cannot see me or hang with me no more. I dont plan on bringing it up unless she asks again, but i dont want to lie to her, we have a very honest friendship. Is there any easy way to word my title? I have told her i am a webmaster, but being a woman she wants to know what site it is. when she asks for the web address i just tell her "which one, i have lots" damn girls, making us guys lifes hard.

so guys, any tips, ideas? how can i word it so she knows but doesnt think to much of it? i know its gunna come down to me explaining that money is money no matter how you make it, and it comes in. Man, if her father ever sits me down and talks to me about it i know i will break a sweat tryin to explain to him, hell it was funny explaining to my parents!

that was roughly what I was about to say, man tell her the whole truth, you don't need to get too much into the details though... but still tell her what you do and if she "hates" you afterwards it only means she wasn't a true friend in the first place. Keep it simple

its not so much that i think she will hate me. i doubt she will just over my profession, but i just dont wanna weird her out or make her think anything. i dont want her to get the idea that just because i work with porn means i am just after her to get her in bed, the thing is she is very VERY beautiful. people hit on her while we are out together. she is extremely attractive and i know for a fact 90% of the guys who talk to her or only after her for a fuck. I just dont want her to get that impression from me, because its not true, i will admit thats what got me to go talk to her when i met her, but now to me she is so much more, it would kill me to see her think i think that low of her.

Funny you should bring this up. I've been out with several women in the last few months and when they ask I just say I'm an "Internet Marketing Consultant". The sound of it usually brings on a confused look and the topic never comes up again. That is until I went on a date with a chick that asked and her reply was "Oh, you're kidding! Me too! How do you get your clients?"

I nearly shit - this fuckin' chick actually did my fake job. The moral of the story is either tell her the truth or put more work into the lie. I'm gonna opt for the latter since I'm the hugest chicken shit.

i know that was directed toward all who dont admit to it..

and i honestly do admit to anyone what i do, hell i am very proud of what i do, i am very happy that at the age of 18 i dont work while every other person 18+ is pushing 40hours a week for half what i make. she is 18.. her dad dont control her, but she does infact live with him, and i have very much respect for her father and his home. I do not want him to think less of me (he is very old school, and all into the goverment shit) i just would hate to see him not welcome me there.

This is all pretty humorous. I for one do not hide my profession, yet I do not go out and promote it to everyone I know. Not out of fear of them finding out, but more because I am sick of the "teach me, let me come on set, or give me some passwords" crap.
