      Credit card just if it's a local processor (just a small % of brazilians have "international" credit cards). I have no experience with dialers.

                  I never really tried finding a solution to convert Brazillian traffic... I think most of the people down here won't pay for online porn...

                          Small % of Brazilians hold an international card that will work. Dialer solutions for this country and up and down on a regular basis as well.
