did you get Paypal to transfer you money directly into your Canadian USD account ?
I tried that once but they said they must convert it to CAD first for some reason..so that was one problem.
Second was that I didn't want Paypal to know the details of my USD account and take out whatever cash they please.
If there are USD atms then Paypal debit card will definetely work.
Can you tell me where this US Cibc ATM(s) is located ?
