                The site would lose a lot of value if he ever sold it. I'm sure the new owner would make changes and fuck it up. His success is due to NOT making drastic changes to his site and updating 365 days a year and treating his surfers with respect.

                Some big company would buy the site and add a dialer or a pop-up or something and kill half the traffic overnight.

                            Why do people in these kind of threads always think the negative way. You can also think about what potential a site has. You are certainly not a potential buyer. Potential buyers are only people who think in a posive way about about something that is for sale. Otherwise the seller would hurt him/herslef
