    Selling High Traffic Site - Need some help

    What's up to all my fellow GFY's. I have not posted in a long time. I been busy doing various things non internet related.

    Basically I have came thru some hard financial times and need to generate some cash fast so i can pay some bills.

    So i need to sell main traffic site.

    It's one of the oldest black site on the internet. It's been up since 1998. Basically I haven't touched none of my trades for almost a year and still averages around 12k a day. I just haven't gotten any time for it anymore.


    The best part of it is that it has the number 1 ranking on Yahoo

    I'm looking for $20k OBO. It'll come with the UCJ script, all the web pages, and gallery script. Any seasoned webmaster that can bring the traffic back upto 50k a day and can easily make the money back in two months. It's a tight niche site that has made me lots of money in the past

    I just need the cash right away or I might be living in the streets, literally. Also please contact me if anyone has some extra work done. I can do anything as far as typical webmastering work. Every little bit helps.

                                          Wow, 20K for a 12K site.. Are you high? Also, 2 months to make 20K on a 50K site. Again, are you high? I have tweaked the fuck out of 100K and have been getting $100 a day from it and it looks like it is going up again. But that is still only 20K in 8 or 9 months...

                                          Again, what is the current 3 month return on the site?

                                                          $20K might be too much, but I have a site that's been online since 98, gets around 5K per day and makes almost a grand each week. It would be very hard for me to part with it, and if I was to sell I would ask for way more than anyone (here) was willing to pay, as well.

                                                          He's asking for too much, perhaps, but established niche sites can be very profitable.

                                                                      playa, how the hell you been babe? Haven't seen you around in ages and ages. If my cashflow was a little better, I'd definitely have ya helping me with plenty to do...... I am not in a place right now though.

                                                                                          Personally, I feel $20k may be a bit much, but you know your traffic better than anyone else here. Regardless, if you get an offer of $5k-$10k take it.

                                                                                                      So why don't you TOUCH it and make it 50K by next week and then switch all of the payouts to epassporte weekly's and then start making $8000 a month or $2000K by next week?

                                                                                                      Also, who has bills that can't be paid in this magnitude? You gotta be in a coma for 3 months for this kinda shit to happen.

                                                                                                          and if possible a profit sheet, or at least some numbers for the recent months

                                                                                                                  Shit happens man, people dont allways want to dig into savings to pay bills or other debts. Certain factors are questionable though.
