Too big and flashy. Make it simpler, don't use japanese or "oriental" style fonts especially since the models look american.
Also it scrolls horizontally for me. And my browser window is relatively large .. my screen res is 1280x1024 ... though the browser window is not maximized .. it's a lot bigger than 800x600 .. so I can't imagine how that would look on an 800x600 screen.
Something a lot simpler that's not so "in your face" would entice the user a lot more and still say "this is an amateur site" .

you'd better make it more 'minimalistic'...
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

okay..... welcome to The 7 Points of Failure:
#1: It actually took four minutes to load that page on a high speed connection. Probably not a good thing.
#2: The chick leaves something to be desired, but that really is a moot point compared to tubby and his boyfriend Sasquatch. WTF?
#3: The spelling and grammar on that site is fucking atrocious. Now, I'm not one of those people that believe that EVERY.... LAST.... WORD.... must be spelled absolutely correctly, or even that proper grammer be strictly adhered to, because let's face it, "dumbed down" works in a lot of cases. But this..... it's beyond marketable dumbing down.
#4: Your webmaster $$$ link goes nowhere.
#5: You have no structure, no format, no cohesion, no flow, no order, the artistry just plain sucks, and overall it's an abomination and a disservice to the Internet and a disgrace to adult entertainment.
#6: Your HTML is horrific. Put down the wysiwyg and back away slowly....
#7: WTF were you thinking??! You should delete this site from existence immediately, bury yourself in the woods up to your neck, and wait for a pack of wolves to come and gnaw on your skull.
