Any dating situation can have it's downfalls. Most are self inflicted and created.

However, the hidden variable is that no matter how mature and capable of "moving on" you are, you still can't control the
other persons maturity or ability to handle themselves in
said situations. In a group of friends, everyone would
help temper the situation. In biz, people won't interject
as freely.
