    I hate that this CHARGEBACK has to fall on me

    The fucker bought a membership back in August and cancelled the same day. It's fucking NOVEMBER and he charges back and even admits to why he charged back. It must be rampant if CCbill actually has a box to check that states that the wife called in about the charge.

    What in the fuck is wrong with these spineless bastards? Is marriage so bad to where you have to explain a charge on your own fucking credit card to your wife? The wife, the husband, ccbill, and I all know that he charged that shit up but he gets an out due to visa regulations.

    I know CCbill had nothing to do with this. They have to give the chargebacks to keep their visa shit in line and keep all of our money coming in and I'm not mad at them at all. It's just the SYSTEM that is fucked up to where Visa can allow shit like this to happen.

    Can't somebody show visa that the dude ADMITTED to the reason why he charged back and get me my money back? This shit is ridiculous....Thank God I'm still under 1% for the year.



    edit...I looked again and it's Mastercard, not a visa so that whole visa regulation spiel that I just went on is in the garbage now. ..It's still fucked up though

      someone needs to start an adult collection agency. I used to regular mail chargebacks telling them they owed the amount charged back plus 25.00. Could not threaten them really, I would get about 2/10 to payup.

          It's very fucked up, in MY house, if one of us made a charge the other didn't like, we'd handle it inside....... not call and blame it on the other one or do a chargeback...... but you'd be literally shocked if you seen how popular this one is. I used to do customer support and you have no idea how many would call me trying to get out of charges by blaming it on everyone and their brother..... it's fucked up. Control your fucking house and maybe this shit won't happen..... it's THEIR carelessness, not ours.. but you know how today is, blame everyone else when YOU are the fucked up one. Not you as in you, but you know what I mean.

          I had a PREACHER call me once and he paid the bill, all he wanted to do was find out how to get it off his system at church because a deacon had had access and had created this charge..... but that man paid the bill..... I was completely shocked!!

                  I'm not sure if you know this but a MC chargeback is 10 times worse than a Visa CB
