GFY judge and jury?

here is the situation....

some crack head in epic mail decided to send us thousands of hotmail addresses in the epic mail program....

so obvoisly this isnt genral traffic, this is him mailing hotmail addresses getting them to optin to our list...

now a smart guy would wonder...

why is he sending them to a .75 program and not sending them to a $30 a join program right?

i would think because these emails are complete shit and they dont buy anything...

so what do i do?

Is he sending the traffic from a specific site, or is he spamming linkcodes?

Do you have individual IPs for each address?

but anyone who mailes knows hotmail is a nightmare to mail to.. and are useless to me.. they ban ip's after 2 complaints.

so those are not an issue

msn and hotmail are complete junk... i just assume deelte the addresses than fuck with them...

so i can pay him 7k and make 0.00

or i can pay him half and try and remain business savy and maintain a relationship on a civil level rather than getting slammed all over the boards or whatever may happen...

but clearly a stupid decision i would think if he didnt know the emaisl were useless...
this is the obvious question..

why send to a .75 program and not to a pps program paying $30 a join? if the emails are good, and he can get into hotmail np.. then why the hells end to a .75 program...

seems to me like he knew they were complete crap and tried to pass them off on us

he didnt scam us. he sint a scammer. i think a bit dishonest tho.. what he did makes no sense.. im asking for real advice here.. im new to the double optin game

he is spamming hotmail account and use a bp hosting
those who sign-up throught are legit, but you cant mail into hotmail
maybe check the referrer and it might explain you everything
or better, ask him is apache log to be paid

if he broke no rules, and the homail addresses are legit, i think you need to pay him. then change your script so that hotmail addresses arent accepted and let your affiliates know. when do you credit to the affiliate, when the address is entered, or when they click on a confirm link in the email?

i think i have it worked out with him...

doesn't sound like they are OPTED IN to me...... spamming to opt in isn't what opt in email programs are supposed to be.
