I was, then about 2 months ago I started fucking up and I've gained 15 of the 70 back, so I was back on it this week then tonight Casto made me eat 3 king sized candy bars. So I'll be back on it tommorow lol.
It's fucking hard man, if I had the tolerance for pain, I'd get my stomach tied off or something, I mean I can eat 4x what I should be able to and it makes me sick, but I don't care.
It's actually some hormone that your brain is supposed to release to let you know when you're full, and people like us have a delayed release or lack the production of the hormone which is one of the reasons we eat when we aren't really hungry. There's a drug coming out that's supposed to fix this, but I'm sure it's side effects will be something like anal leakage and incontinence.
