I like food just as much as the next guy.. I'll eat up to 6/7 times a day. However this does have it's benefits when done properly, obviously eating 6 full sized meals a day is bad for you, but eating smaller portions of food through-out the day increases metabolism and will burn away the larger portions of food later, sort of an Atkins type of thing, except you dont gag yourself on meat.
Only thing I can suggest is cutting down on the portions of your food for a few weeks but keep eating 6/7 times a day at roughly the same time each day, and your metabolism will kick into high gear, and after a month or so you should be able to handle more food and still keep a good figure
