It's only one story. It's like 2600 sqft heated space 2 car garage. It is a good deal but I am doing a lease purchase thing. I have two years to close else the monthly will be considered rent. I am not sure at this point, but I am leaning towards just renting for 2 years and letting the purchase go on this house. I really would rather have a bigger house on the lake itself. When my kids finish high school I will probably move to the islands so I don't want to get stuck in the same house for more than 2 years at a time.

LOL, yeah I have a natural tendancy to clutter up a house. Chickadee and I disagree a lot on what should go where, she always gets her way in the end. She has a good eye for things in the house I don't.

Nah man our relationship is purely professional. I think of her more as a daughter than anything else. But I must admit I miss her when she is not around. She is smart,attractive, and fun to be around.
